If your getting Task Scheduler failed to start "\Name Of Job". Additional Data: Error Value: 2147943645 on your Windows Servers, Vista or Windows 7 the answer is simpler than you think.

This one may throw you at first but it’s actually a very simple problem, the user is not logged in. Go back into your Scheduled Jobs and select to run even if the user is not logged in.
